The PDF will be split and categorized by the bot into separate documents based on the information identified on each page using Optical Character Recognition (OCR). The information is also validated against a predefined set of rules.

Steps

  1. Login to system and locate PDF to split.
  2. Using OCR, locate keyword on which to split.
  3. Split document into multiple PDF documents.
  4. Using OCR verify information on each PDF based on mapping file.
  5. Log any unvalidated, incorrect or unmatched on exception report.
  6. Move original PDF into processed folder.
