Thoughtful designed and developed an AI Agent to automate the messaging process. The Agent accessed job profiles shared by the recruiter and automatically sent out job descriptions and other relevant information to qualified candidates in all 77 states and regions.

It followed the same templates and outreach rules as the manual process but did it faster and at scale.
