Steps

Login to email application.
Read and enter information from the email into a Google Spreadsheet to start the tracking process.
Send email response confirming receipt of initial information and update spreadsheet.
Check email for response at every pre-determined interval.
If no response, send follow up email and update tracking sheet.
If requested correspondence is received, update spreadsheet and mark complete.
